For bookings made less than 14 days before arrival, the invoice will be sent immediately. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>CANCELLATIONS DUE TO ILLNESS OR OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES<\/strong><br\/>Any cancellation must be made in writing no later than 14 days before arrival for individual bookings and at least 4 weeks before arrival for group bookings. If the order is canceled between 14 days and 48 hours before arrival, we will send an invoice for 50% of the stay. If the order is canceled later than 48 hours before arrival, the full price of the stay must be paid.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>NO-SHOW<\/strong><br\/>(If the guest does not show up without cancellation) The guest will be charged for the entire stay, up to a maximum of 14 days. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>EARLY DEPARTURE<\/strong><br\/>If departure occurs before the agreed time, the full price for the remaining period must be paid.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>VANDALISM<\/strong><br\/>The guest is responsible for any damage they may cause to persons, buildings, furniture, and equipment.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>COMPLAINTS<\/strong><br\/>Any complaints must be reported to our reception without undue delay and within 2 hours of arrival. This allows us the opportunity to address the issue.
