GENERAL
Cabins: Check-in from 3:00 PM – Check-out by 11:00 AM.
Motorhome/caravan: Check-in from 12:00 PM – Check-out by 12:00 PM.

PAYMENT IN ADVANCE
The invoice for the stay will be sent in advance with a due date 14 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 14 days before arrival, the invoice will be sent immediately.

CANCELLATIONS DUE TO ILLNESS OR OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
Any cancellation must be made in writing no later than 14 days before arrival for individual bookings and at least 4 weeks before arrival for group bookings. If the order is canceled between 14 days and 48 hours before arrival, we will send an invoice for 50% of the stay. If the order is canceled later than 48 hours before arrival, the full price of the stay must be paid.

NO-SHOW
(If the guest does not show up without cancellation) The guest will be charged for the entire stay, up to a maximum of 14 days.

EARLY DEPARTURE
If departure occurs before the agreed time, the full price for the remaining period must be paid.

VANDALISM
The guest is responsible for any damage they may cause to persons, buildings, furniture, and equipment.

COMPLAINTS
Any complaints must be reported to our reception without undue delay and within 2 hours of arrival. This allows us the opportunity to address the issue. Complaints not reported within this timeframe will be void and cannot be claimed later.
